Is this game fully voiced?

Only partial voice acting. We didn't have the time or budget for full. Very few projects of this length are. But our VA's were paid for their work and they knocked it out of the park with the lines they were given. :)

My only complaint about this experience so far is that it isn't done yet :(.  I really hope this gets updated/completed, because I love it.

Reached the end, seems nice. I've a few... hopes regarding what happens in the full version.

Let's just say I think Viv deserves better than she seems to realize. And I have my suspicions who is the guilty party based more off vibes and the fact this is a story than off the actual case evidence.

Can't install it? I try but when I get to the little popup where you select from the dropdowns the first one meant to have the game in it is an empty dropdown...Only ever happened on one other product ever to me (edit: two others now, and one of is in same bundle as well...), can't even recall what, but usually this doesn't happen. Retries don't fix, I am confuse.

This is the first time I've seen this problem. What system are you trying to install on?

Windows PC.

That should work then.  I'd suggest contacting Itch.io support. The file is there so if it's not showing up that's something on their end. I double check just to be safe though.

Well, it looks like it's a problem with the app.  I have the same problem. You can download the game directly through the game page on your internet browser, though.

Thank you. Disappointing that the app screws this up, but, least there is another way around.

The game has been updated and is now tested and functional on the app!  :) Thank you for your patience, and enjoy!

Got this as part of a bundle and it instantly grabbed my attention, loved every moment and joke, definitely my favorite part of the witch pack <

Honestly, even before starting the game, I was in love with Candy. I've only just gotten past chapter 2, but I definitely hope to see more.

I love this game so much!

I like everything about it. For a very long time I wondered why it's called a game, as it seems to be a linear story, but at some point I just didn't care about that anymore, because it is a great story!

I love the black humour as well as the quirky characters and most of all the strange relationship between Vivian and Jill! All the characters seem to have their secrets, the constant sense of mystery is fun! The dialogues are written well and funny, while how the plot is being told is great storytelling!

Also I LOVE the soundtrack. All the single tracks have such cool vibes that enhance the feeling of the game even more. I still listen to the soundtrack sometimes while writing or doing other stuff on the computer. It's just so good.

For me as a German, the German voice acting is also fun. xD

Now for the negative things ... it's just the first slice of a big pumpkin! T_T I really hope you will continue this game, because I MUST KNOW how the plot continues! Maybe release a new part every year on Halloween, that would be a real blast and would make me see forward to Halloween from now on! :D

Love to the whole team! <3 ~Sheila

This tbh

That was a fascinating experience.

I've played my fair share of visual novels, the use of 3d models certainly was a first for me, but it worked so well, especially with how quirky the story was. The models are solid, I liked how it was utilized to convey cutscenes and important narrative points. Especially liked how it was used at the beginning as a sort of pop-up display on the table.

The Ace Attorney-like detective sections was an interesting inclusion into the game.

The story overall was a funny self-aware spoof on the Thursday the 12th- I mean Friday the 13th tropes. The writing was solid. I liked Vivian as a lead and as a lens to see these wacky events unfold.

I love Jack Headed Jill and her design, I mean, c'mon how can you say no to that face.

Again, massive props to Kyle Wolf on the 3d models, I can't imagine how much time it must have took to make all that, I appreciate the fact that even the BGs were 3d rendered as well.

Gotta give style points to Fungii's 2d sprites. Personally not the type of style I gravitate towards, but gotta give credit to where credit is due, its solid character design work, everything from the line-art to the coloring.

From an audio design standpoint, can't really critique the VA's since I'm not that good at judging performances, but overall, was a neat inclusion. I also really liked the music and sound effects, it the little things that really does elevate the experience.

Personally not a big fan of the Serif font for the text, I did like whatever font was used as the names though.

Overall, a really solid indie VN game, was astonished by how lengthy it was. Bonus points for that LGBTQ+ rep. Looking forward to that full game release.
